UI/UX Designer (Mission Control and Genesys UAV Platform)

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and user-centric interface designs for our Mission Control and Genesys UAV Platforms, tailored for both civil and military use. Your primary responsibility will be designing engaging, efficient, and effective user experiences that enhance operational capabilities and user satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally with experience in aerospace, defense, or complex systems.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience in creating designs for both civil and military software systems, with an emphasis on clarity, efficiency, and security.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design, including wireframes, prototypes, and final implementations.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for mission control software and UAV management platforms.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs to illustrate user interactions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable feedback and continuously refine designs.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and domain experts to align UI/UX with technical and operational requirements.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility, compliance, and security standards suitable for civil and military applications.
• Document UI/UX design guidelines, best practices, and design rationale comprehensively.
• Provide ongoing design support and improvement suggestions based on user feedback and evolving requirements.
