Mechanical Engineer (UAV Platform Development)

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be instrumental in designing, testing, and implementing advanced mechanical systems for our next-generation UAV platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in mechanical design, preferably in aerospace or UAV industries.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD).
• Familiarity with finite element analysis (FEA) tools.
• Strong understanding of materials science, stress analysis, and mechanical fabrication methods.
• Experience with additive manufacturing and composite materials is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine mechanical designs for UAV structures and components.
• Conduct simulation and analysis of mechanical systems to validate design choices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, electronics engineers, and project managers.
• Generate detailed CAD models and drawings suitable for manufacturing.
• Oversee prototyping and production, ensuring quality standards and performance requirements are met.
• Perform rigorous testing procedures to assess mechanical reliability and performance.
• Document design processes, testing results, and provide comprehensive technical reports.
